Quick and simple sweet potatoes with easy prep
Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 sweet potatoes
- 1.5 cups water
- milk of choice
- butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pierce sweet potates with knife.
- Add sweet potatoes to Instant Pot with 1.5 cups water.
- Set to high pressure, 25 minutes.
- Let pot naturally release (another 20-25 minutes)
