Cook times and method for quinoa
Quinoa
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quinoa
- 2/3 cup water or vegetable broth
- 2:1 liquid to grain ratio
Directions
- Rinse quinoa thoroughly.
- Place water and quinoa in pot and bring to boil.
- Reduce boil to simmer and cook uncovered 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, fork, cover, and let steam 5 minutes.
