Although complicated, once perfected, this versatile dish can be served as the main course for breakfast or as a snack.
Open Face Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 slices of bread
- sea salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Toast bread to desired doneness.
- Halve avocado, remove seed with knife. Scoop 1 half of avocado on each slice of toast. Mash with fork.
- Salt and pepper each slice equally with a pinch of sea salt and 2 grinds black pepper.
